Your daily adventure

As a PLM Functional Consultant, you play a key role in supporting and optimizing PLM systems for our clients. You analyze business processes, configure solutions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to seamlessly integrate PLM into the company’s broader IT landscape. 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Provide daily support for our clients' PLM systems, ensuring they remain operational, stable, and optimized. 

  • Analyze and configure solutions for business challenges such as internal and external team collaboration, product development, global sales, engineering departments, etc. 

  • Work closely with the Solution Architect to design and implement new features and improvements based on evolving client needs. 

  • Assist in integrating PLM with other enterprise systems like ERP, CPQ, CAD, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. 

  • Perform system testing after new releases and upgrades to ensure smooth implementations with minimal business disruption. 

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures. 

 

 

You support clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that PLM solutions align perfectly with their business needs. Your ability to simplify and effectively implement complex processes makes all the difference - to go the extra mile together, all about people!. 

Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or equivalent experience. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in PLM functionality and related domains: product hierarchies, BOMs, change management, quality management, and CAD/ERP integration. 

  • Previous experience in PLM implementation or support in a manufacturing or product development environment. 

  • Strong understanding of PLM architecture, configuration, and business process design. 

  • PLM-related certifications are a plus (certifications can also be obtained during your career). 

  • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus). 

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with business teams, IT professionals, and solution architects. 

  • Ownership mindset with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and agility.
